Elcome International is a global maritime technology company, and I worked with them as a freelance Graphic Designer, producing corporate communications, editorial layouts, and print collateral for their internal teams worldwide. My work spans their monthly employee newsletter, promotional materials, and business collateral — reaching a global audience of over 300 employees.
Tools Used
The Newsletter
I design and produce Elcome's monthly corporate newsletter, distributed to 300+ employees across their global offices. Because the content is internal, identifying information has been blurred, but the layouts below show the editorial structure, typography system, and visual consistency applied across issues.
Each issue starts with copy and images gathered from employees and managers across Elcome's global branches. Where additional text or imagery is needed beyond what's provided, I use AI-assisted drafting and image generation (with the company's consent) to fill those gaps efficiently. I then lay out the issue in InDesign and professionally edit the supplied images, before sending a draft to the managing team for proofreading and feedback. After revisions, the final version is prepared for digital release.

Promotional Pamphlets & Collateral
Over 100 promotional pamphlets professionally produced, alongside business cards and additional corporate collateral for use across Elcome's teams.
These pieces were produced in close collaboration with the Marketing Navigator, incorporating consistent feedback on layout and brand alignment.
Product Activation Guide
A print guide developed to support product rollout, combining clear information hierarchy with Elcome's brand system.
This piece was developed with the help of Elcome's Marketing Navigator, with ongoing feedback on layout and design while following their established brand guidelines throughout each round of revisions.
